    In her Bio Jemma stated:
I am currently eighteen years old, and do my best to maintain my GPA while also focusing on my extra-curricular and many service activities. I have truly enjoyed participating in my school's golf, volleyball and baseball programs, which have taught me the value of teamwork, resilience, and dedication. Although I am unable to play sports due to a heart condition I have been very blessed to still be included in our schools sports programs. I have also experienced invaluable lessons through the service projects I have organized and participated in. The opportunity to give back to my community and school will provided a foundation for continuing service throughout my adult life. I am sincerely grateful to my parents, teachers, church family, and coaches for their support, encouragement, and faith in me, which has made me the young lady I am today. I intend on building on all my high school experiences to pursue my dream as a college student attending Texas A&M University this fall where I plan to earn a degree in Biology with a focus on either Orthodontics or Veterinary Medicine.
