POWER SET Inducts Sixteen New Members

    On Thursday, October 5th, sixteen new members were inducted to the POWER SET organization. POWER SET is an acronym for Powerful Opportunities for Women Eager and Ready for Science, Engineering, and Technology. To become a member of this group, students must have reached advanced achievement on their Biology or Algebra I EOC exam, have a 3.5 GPA, and be enrolled in at least two advanced classes.

    The current members for 2017-2018 are: Ally Andress, Brandi Black, Gwyn Boyd, Emma Bozarth, Emma Crabtree, Savannah Culpepper, Kaylee Flanary, Presley Grace, Kassandra Gutierrez, Ashley Hang, Lindsay Hartman, Adriana Herrera, Grace Hill, Libby Hinton, Abby Johnson, Natalie Lacey, Kerah McConal, Andrea Mendoza, Bailee Monk, Courtney Morris, Jordan Nabors, Laura Ogletree, Jessi Schroeder, Emma Sheffield, Jana Whitfield, and Ashlyn Williams. Congratulations to these girls!
